Click on each fault code to see what it means. Your adapter is not communicating with all modules in the truck. You should be seeing an IPMA module which is used for the collision detection system.
No ipma. Most say power control module, and something about circuit below threshold.

It appears that you may have had low battery voltage. You can clear all the DTCs and then recheck with a good battery charge. Check the link I posted above and get one of the supported OBDII adaptors. The ELM327 aren't fully supported anymore as stated in a note on the site. I use the first one in the list OBDLink EX USB.

You could also try placing the switch on your adaptor in the opposite position and re-scan for DTCs. If that doesn't show the IPMA module, you will need an approved OBD adaptor.

Code went away after reset but still shows in dash. Going for test drive now.
Do your stop lamps work? What shows in the dash? If the stop lamps are not working, that may be the cause of your collision warning fault.

I'm beginning to wonder if it might just be a weak battery. doesnt go dead and i havent had to jump it since it went dead while towing in kentucky a couple weeks ago. But several codes mentioned power low.

It’s not the windshield camera. That camera doesn’t feed data to collision or cruise control modules. It’s that sensor down below the bumper. Now, if the mounting studs were out on one side, it got bumped pretty good. There is a tilt adjustment for that whole sensor. It has an indexed lock screw. I can almost guarantee that the angle has changed. You need to tilt it back at least one click, maybe two.
I tugged up and down trying to change the angle of the box. it didnt move except to come off the 4 pegs its mount on. the hex head tension bolt doesnt loosen, it only spins. ill try to remove the box and see if i can get a backup wrench on it.

That sensor array is used in pretty much all fords from that era. It does adjust. I know this because this same thing happened to me.

Just check it for (Level) and then adjust if needed

Keeping the combination square level on the face of the CCM, adjust the pitch by adjusting the screw until the CCM is vertical and level.

Note: Park the Truck on a level surface and then check it.

As far as the (Scan) - You are only picking up 6 of the 22 modules
The 6 Modules you show are all on the (HS1) Can Bus

Try it again - Except - Load a (NEW) profile - that adapter is a toss-up for full operating capabilities vs the OBD-Link EX - as noted on this forum

I would clear the codes and see what comes back, since you have had battery disconnect and or connectors and fuses pulled.
and then run the calibration for the (CCM) as that is what the code is (for the CCM) but ensure its vertically leveled as I posted above using a combo square

The Vertical (Alignment) is a manual adjustment
The Horizontals (Calibration) must be done with the scan tool or Forscan

After clearing all codes and recalibration - post any remaining codes
