PPE trans pan ?

Those that have changed the trans pan to a stock depth PPE pan did you need longer bolts to attach the pan and am I correct that it only have additional 3/4 of a qt extra?

Not sure about the stock height PPE pan but the deep used another quart and half

I installed my yesterday. I didn't notice any difference in capacity. I'll double check the fluid level when I get home this afternoon.

I also installed the dipstick from Mike's build shop. Makes it so much easier to check level and add fluid.

It should not require longer bolts or more fluid as it is at the stock capacity. The only benefits are the added cooling fins and the drain plug.

Oh yes the dipstick is the best thing I added so far and just got one of his funnels to try and give feed back. I have not even used it yet and it’s perfect including the fit!! I hope to get the fluid dropped overnight this week coming up and give it a test..
