Went snow wheeling with the wifey and a “soft roading” off road group.
I didn’t get stuck on the trail while lots of others got hella stuck.

I did turn into a neighborhood too fast and slid into a snow bank & got stuck.

You've heard of 4-wheelin'. Here is some 3-wheelin'.
I think that's maximum articulation.

It's really a shame that so many people are messing up trails like Diablo's by going the wrong way. It was not as sketchy going down as I expected when we were there back in November but there was a ton of wrong way traffic to navigate.

Nice WildPeaks how did they do in the snow?
I've taken mine up Big Bear during the last 2 snow storms on and after Christmas and I was super pleased with how well they did, despite having no weight in the back end, they handled spectacularly.

Is it marked as a one way trail?

Most trails around here are 2 way and encountering traffic is part of the deal.

Yes, on all the maps of the areas and signage, it's one of only 3 one way trail sections in the entire "park" but people just don't care, including some higher profile ranger "influencers" who have taken groups up the trail the wrong way.

If it's well marked like that there's not much excuse.

Some people just think they're better than the rest of us.

Nice! I have yet to make it to the Mud Caves. I plan to drive to Split Mountain/Sandstone canyon this season. I love the Anza-Borrego Desert.
