Good! The guy needed to go..assembly quality is his responsibility and the area supervisors under him in the problem areas should be dismissed too.... The PVT manager is responsible for the content deletion, not the Plant Manager. Hopefully they choose a seasoned veteran Plant Manager that can whip things into shape....

Id be willing to bet a lot of this stems from staffing issues. You can't train people fast enough right now, by the time you train them they find a new job/quit because the labor market is so hot.
