Can seem to find where I can delete the panic beep. I keep hitting it with the fob in my pocket. I don’t have any use
for it so I want to delete it.
can someone tell me what the wording is Thanks

Ugh, I pocket activated mine a couple of times.
I didn't want to deactivate it, so I set it for double press. If you check the link above, you'll see that we are not the only ones. Of course, I changed my Ranger and my Mustang.

I pocket activate mine a lot and sometimes I set it off just handling the fob. It happens so often, whenever Mrs. DukeCanBuildit hears a vehicle’s panic alarm, she asks me if that’s my truck. ?‍♂

I can’t seem to find the panic beep in the “Module Configuration” is it named something else? Unless you need to change it in “As Built” never touched anything in there. So if so I see you have listed it but I don’t understand what value to change with a zero..In easy to understand Plain English for my non tech brain..
Sorry but I dont want to do something that can totally screw it up..

I walked out to the break area at work one day ( few months after i got The Ranger) and people were standing around and some idiots car alarm around the maintenance side of the plant (my domain) was and had been going ape shit crazy for a while , "I'll go find out who it is " so i walk around to said restricted (somewhat) parking area looking to see what the forementioned idiot was driving, not recognizing the sound of MY truck until it was in sight (my sight but not the crowds) Damn it ! Im the idiot ! First thought was immediately turn it off, but then i would have had to walk BACK through said crowd head down walk of shame , nope , left the fob in my pocket, alarm still screaming and stormed back through the crowd mumbling " Damn it Brad !" and told everybody "ill go tell his dumb ass " , snuck around and shut it off through my boss's office window (Guess what my boss's first name is ?)

If Forscan is up to date it has graphic menus. I just changed mine from "Pulse-Click" to "None" in the BdyCM/BCM menu. In the Non-as built section.

In the BCM it is labeled "Panic Activate". Your choices are None, Double Click and Pulse Click. Pulse Click or Single Click is the default. I have mine set to Double Clock.

I redneck engineered mine. Ran a couple beads of super glue around the panic button and haven’t had a problem since haha.

Not exactly sure, I disabled mine before the configuration menus, using the asbuilt Hex codes. I would try disabling the "Double Honk on Leaving Cabin" setting, as that is disable in my menus.
