In all of the years I’ve owned vehicles with a panic button on the fob I’ve never needed it. Can’t I disable it somehow? Epoxy? Super glue? Silly putty?
Hammer?

I hit mine accidently occasionally too but like to be ready to use it if someone messes with my truck in parking lots. It can help you find your vehicle if you forget where you parked especially at night. Also I keep the fob under my pillow at night and if someone tries to get into the house, I will hit it which should help deter them. The truck is always garaged anytime I'm at home.

I always seem to set mine off while getting into my truck. My keys (I only carry 2) get wrapped around the fob and in between my thigh and the seat bolster and hit the darn panic button. Not fun when it's 6am while in your garage and the horns blasting.?
