I like the way you put that @OrangeStreak! “Parking Deficient Individuals”…PDI. At least I’m in good company.?:turkey:
Thanks Tracy, I'm accepting that Dave will never let us forget how consistent we are about crooked parking... :ninja:

Day one initial observations:
The "good":
Truck does ride a little more "mushy" than I think I'd like, but not as bad as the '19 was when I bought it. I may be able to live with this ride without changing any of the suspension components (for now).
Truck feels more....solid...in strange places. Door latching (all of them shut more solidly, it seems), shifter movement. There may be more as I explore.
Truck is very quiet even on the stock Bridgestones. I like that a lot.
NO VIBRATIONS AT ANY SPEED!

The "not so good"
Low windshield washer fluid.
No valve stem caps on the tires (I had to take mine off the '19)
Tires weren't really "clean", as they still have grease pencil-looking markings on them
No cover for owner's manual
No DAMPER on the glove box, nor a holder for the owner's manual
No tabs on the passenger-side floorboard to hold the floor mat! Geez! My Weathertech mats fit perfectly, but I really liked having the tabs hold them in place over there.

Best I can tell, all the features work. Some I turned off because they annoy me, but they all do seem to work.
Fuel mileage is starting out at what I'd expect for brand-new at 87 octane. I'll run it down to 1/4 tank and begin filling with 91 from here on out. Even so, I'm up to 21mpg on the dash for my first 40-ish miles of driving. I'm sure it'll go up just a twitch more as we get used to each other.

Overall, I'm glad I traded, and am hoping to carry this truck into retirement and beyond. I am not a good wheeler-dealer by any stretch, but I think I came out ok on this. I got $29,500 value for my '19 with 30,500 miles. Ford sent me a digital coupon a few days ago for an additional $1250 off whatever deal I had already made so we got that with no hassle, and to our great surprise they changed our financing % from 1.9 down to 0% for 60 months. Altogether we saved about $70 off the payment we thought we were going to have on this deal. It wasn't a bad experience overall (thanks to Bell Ford, Phoenix), but I sure am glad all this foolishness is over and now I can enjoy my new ride.

Thanks to all of you that helped answer questions and give me your experiences. You've helped more than you know.

Have a blessed day, y'all!
"hoping to carry this truck into retirement and beyond" ...that's what I said about my 2011 Ranger and the current Ranger:question:

At first I thought I keep my 2020 into retirement, and I probably still will but will trade up to my final truck once PHEV is available.

I've been off work on vacation for 3 weeks, Monday is the first day back, and man.... retirement is looking better every day. My wife is 65, I'm 59. I had expected to work at least a few more years, but now I don't know I'll make it that long. :)

Let the mods begin!
Trim ring for ignition key, lower grille insert, center console tray, and a Cupholder Hero set with the blue trim ;)
That'll do for now.
Maybe.
;)

Congrats Chris I am very happy for you. Hope its all you expected in the up grade :like:
So far, so good.
I'm off today so I get to clean it up a bit and maybe drive it some. At least I will have time to put all my stuff in it and set my radio stations! :)

You'll probably want to replace the shocks. As for mileage, it's hard to tell. I've never gotten 25, but just between 2wd and 4wd I would expect a few miles less, probably.

You'll lose the glove box damper and light, the little extra tray in the console (if you even have it now). And, you could always remove the 2 tie downs from your current truck, we won't tell. :)

And yes, you can remove the headrests... or just swap them between the trucks.
yes you will, if your a fool, with your $
