If you scrape it with your finger nail it comes off exposing primer/metalThats odd.
Are they blisters? Bumps?
Hi Jason,One side. Back panel
Just my luckHi Jason,
Hope the dealer handles this without hassle to you..sad you are having this experience. If the dealer balks at all...open up a trouble ticket with Ford Customer Service. Something that puzzles me is how some of this stuff gets through the end of line inspectors....Never should have left the plant this way.

Yeah the orange is my T-shirt. The little bubbles are in paint. Is it parked in the vicinity of a chemical plant or rail yard with tank cars? It could be from something airborne, although other vehicles might also be affected. It looks like the reflection of a T-shirt
Time for another eye exam: I thought the blem was the T-shirt looking splotch in the paint! It wasn't until now that I saw the little blisters.Yeah the orange is my T-shirt. The little bubbles are in paint.
From what I've been told, it happens much more frequently than most people realize. Those types of things are quietly fixed.Or it was damaged after it left the plant and "repaired" by the dealer ?
