That was correct. In the beginning, FordPass and att did not know whose issue it was. I basically gave myself away when I let att know and their tech team found it. If I knew there was an issue like that, I would have told them anyway. I’m honest with people and expect honesty in return.

Well, I was going to wait for the mountains to metal with ACC opening, but got the Putco instead. i really took my time and put it in. Took about a hour. It did come out really good. All of the clips stayed on the metal frame, so I did have to pull those off and put them back on the facia...

I have purchased through cheaperfordparts.com. It is a Ford dealership out of Sacramento, Ca. The prices have been very reasonable and all OEM. Oh, and by the way, I have an XLT FX2 the same color, and side rails. Nice truck.

I ordered the Putco ACC lower grill. Just worried about pulling the facia off like the instructions say and break something. :oops:

I’m with Phil. I would still Talk to the service manager and tell him what happened and have them do it right. I for one do not accept shoddy work from anything. The Ranger is still a great truck.
