That was correct. In the beginning, FordPass and att did not know whose issue it was. I basically gave myself away when I let att know and their tech team found it. If I knew there was an issue like that, I would have told them anyway. I’m honest with people and expect honesty in return.

I’m with Phil. I would still Talk to the service manager and tell him what happened and have them do it right. I for one do not accept shoddy work from anything. The Ranger is still a great truck.
