I just ordered this part from my local dealer $50 plus tax, they said there are none in stock in the USA and it looks like it will ship direct from the manufacturer. They said it could be a minimum of 2 weeks to get it in.

12in Open. Didn’t measure it Closed before mounting. Maybe some one who gets it can measure it Closed.

Don't forget, that includes a warranty too. Some people can't or don't want to do any labor themselves. Pretty standard 1hr rate for accessory installs.
