I'm curious about what the spoiler is called on the back of the cab. I know that it is a factory option for some Wildcat and Raptor models, both being sold outside the US.
I wouldn't be able to tell you. It's not only decoration, it also holds 2 LED lights for the cab. Though I still haven't figured out exactly how to use it. There is a dedicated button on the dashboard.

Maybe I should look it up in the manual. No excuse for not being able to do this with the lockdown here in Madrid.

Hi everyone,

New member to the group here, glad to have happened upon this site!

Name is Chris, live near Toronto, Ontario (Canada). - by the way, love the international participation here. Europe giving us the teasers by having access to the Raptor!

I've had my '19 Lariat for a year now and absolutely love it.

Started out with a Ranger back in 1991 when I got a beast with the STX 4x4 package and put her through her paces in all weather and all terrain (some extreme off-roading back then, but unfortunately that land all housing and development now). That truck proved the "built Ford tough" moniker.

Then got a '98 XLT 4x4, but by then things were starting to be more road than off-road driving.

Then kids entered my life, so the Ranger turned into a 2005 Ford Freestar van.

As I learned that the Rangers were starting to come back to the Americas (finally!), anticipation started to build that one day a new Ranger would again be mine.

As things would turn out, the Freestar, while still serviceable, started to give me more issues than I wanted to deal with in March of 2019. As such, my decision to get a new Ranger was made. Fell in love with the showroom model. The dealer only had 4 in stock at the time - the hot pepper showroom model (Lariat) that I bought, a blue Lariat (which the family was going back 'n forth with, they both are great colours), and a white and silver (XLT's).

I'll have to get a better picture for the avatar (I'm not a shutterbug, but perhaps this forum may turn me into one). Plus when it's brighter outside, cloudy/rainy when this was taken.

Good morning all:

Name is John. Purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT right before the New Year's holiday. Was driving an '06 Ram 1500 with 250K miles on it, and the truck decided enough was enough. Did NOT want to buy a new truck, but with long discussions with Mrs. BigHen she convinced me to take a look. Found the vehicle online, went to the dealership and was off the lot in 2 hours flat. had just over 16K when I bought it, and got a killer deal for the truck (got it for $23K and had own financing when I walked in).
While we are at the dealership, Mrs. BH is on her phone. Thought nothing of it, figured she was texting our kids. She purchased me the smoke bug deflector and the Gator Tri-Fold tonneau cover as a surprise. They arrived right after New Years.

Had to re-adjust to less "space" inside for storage, but aside from that I've no complaints. Had to go back to dealer for a rearview mirror switch issue (corrected) and check on what I thought was a MyKey issue (corrected) but all good. I added the TAC Rattler running boards and the black LGCP 3" exhaust pipe tip to match the "black" accent look on the body. Have BDTrims Ranger letters on order for the tailgate.

Hey Joe,

Looks like you have a leveling kit. You mind sharing which one you went with? Hows the ride quality vs. stock? It looks great though. I just picked up my '19 Ranger on Friday. Also which mud guards did you go with? Thanks for any info.

New Member here! Joined the new Ranger club on Friday.
Traded my 2004 Ranger 4x4 Edge for a 2019 XLT FX4... hence the LegacyRanger username. It was a bittersweet day but my old truck had 236k miles and I drove her for over 13 years. Looking forward to making more memories with the new truck.

Many here installed the Eibach Pro leveling kit, raises the front 2.25 (or 3") 2.25 levels the truck with a 1" rake if you want 3 in you have to use the eibach springs and you will have to put a block-in-the-back otherwise your front will be higher

You companies computer guy.
Hello All,
Bought my Ranger on the 11th. I got the last 2019 (non-loaner) at the dealer near me. The truck is an XL with the STX, FX4, and Tow packages. I have added a front and back WeatherTech mats and the drop in dbpower 6.5" components front and coaxials in the rear. Got a Ford Otterbox cooler in the mail today! Wasn't expecting it
