Hello all. This site has been a wealth of information. I am trading in my 2018 Edge today for a 2019 Ranger six. This certainly is in a whole different class then any ranger I've owned in the past. I've no doubt the Ranger will be a better tow vehicle for my little camper LoL.

Congratulations. Those are pretty aggressive tires on your trailer. Now you are going to need to match them on your Ranger. :like:

Thanks, I'd love to make them match. My trailer is sold as "offroad" but I think "offroad looking" is probably more accurate. With time I hope to fix that also.

That model NoBo was one of the campers we were considering when we were shopping a little over a year ago. Still think it's a really nice setup and camper, but found one that was lighter and more customizable. I'm not sure what sort of off-roading you plan to do with your camper, but I'm sure that thing will handle quite a bit if you use and control it properly.

I will be using it to load up the dirt bike or a 3 wheeler to go play. As a single guy I don't need much room, the nobo checked the boxes for what I want. The ranger ups my game a bit lol ? between the 2 and making them my own, I will be broke in no time.

Thanks! It has begun already, my bed rug and sill protectors arrive before I've picked up the truck

Same there. Bought the trailer, then a little over a month later bought the truck, so that was quite the expensive couple months. haha

Just got a new 2019 Lariat. Supercrew, Lightning blue, 501A, FX4, tow package and spray in bed liner. Medium stone interior. Holy cow do I love this rig. I have wanted a truck for a long time but never really found one I liked. The last truck I had was a 2002 Dakota that was ok but it had the 5.9 liter engine and was such a gas hog. Did not want a full size at all and until the Ranger came out I was unimpressed by the midsize GM twins and the Tacoma. The dealer discounts and the 0% interest finally made it possible. I am coming from a 2018 Civic which I loved but a pickup is just so much more useful. I love the styling, very sporty for a truck, the interior is nice and my wife even likes it because she says it doesn't feel like driving a truck (she drives a CR-V). Power is excellent and it is at least as fast as my Civic which was tuned and a hoot to drive. Definitely a different driving experience. Coming from a CVT, the transmission sometimes seems a little clunky but that is probably normal. Honda's CVTs are the best and very smooth and responsive. Only going to miss a few things the Honda had. Sunroof, auto up down on the passenger side and the walk away autolock are probably the big three. I am slowly getting in the habit of touching the dimple on the door handle to lock it after I get out. The horn honks when you get out with it running are obnoxious. The beeping the Hondas make is much less disturbing. The B&O system sounds great to me and I am looking forward to not having to put better speakers in it. Not really planning on any mods except maybe a tailgate damper and a small locking box for the bed. One that goes on the side most likely. I did remove the FX4 stickers because I like the cleaner look. Will probably remove the ecoboost badge too as I usually debadge my vehicles. Overall super happy with this truck and man do I get a lot of comments on the color. I almost went with a magnetic one that was cheaper but I am glad I didn't.

Hi all. At the end of March I traded in my 2000 Ranger for a new 2019 Ranger. I hated seeing the ol’ girl go, but it was time and with the 0% incentive...I just had to.

now, with the lockdown, I have had it for two months and only but about 250 miles on it. The dealership is 40 miles away, so.....that’s not much driving.

I have ordered my BDS level kit and am going after the Shrockworks sliders next. I am looking forward to making this into my perfect vehicle.
