You gotta have the real stuff - it's fantastic. And it has to be real curds because they are not aged, so they are rubbery and squeaky (sounds weird, they are, but yummy).?? That shouldn't even be allowed!
Now these are how you make fries. Nice and crispy with lots of ketchup. ?
IDK that second thing just doesn't look edible to me. ? But I do not like my fries mushy at all that's why I never go to Red Robin because they serve steak fries. I like mine crispy on the verge of being burnt, just like my bacon. Who eats rubbery half cooked bacon??You gotta have the real stuff - it's fantastic. Now I agree with you on regular fries, super crispy and simply a tool to eat ketchup! =D
Kind of like you buy a Ranger so you can have a damper. =p
Actually, it was a bit of a trick question. They are both Poutine. One from l’acadie, one from Québec.That second "thing" looks like it came out of the south end of a north bound cow, than buried for 3 months in an old coffee can.
Either that, or it's what comes after you eat the poutine
LOL. Depending on what part of Canada you're from, they're both poutine. The bottom one is the traditional original poutine, the top one is the highest profit margin restaurant poutine.Can you pick Poutine out of a lineup? Maybe you can.
@Kodiacnb @Canadian Ranger @NBRanger - no hints!
You mean tender and juicy bacon! I also like my steak black & blue (Pittsburgh style).IDK that second thing just doesn't look edible to me. ? My wifee likes her steak like that.........bloody and mooing right off the hoof! Me?......gotta be cooked all the way through!You mean tender and juicy bacon! I also like my steak black & blue (Pittsburgh style).
When asked, regarding steaks, I always (and cornily) say: "don't let the cow get too close to the stove."
I used to only eat them well done, my wife converted me (it did take some time) but now this is perfect:My wifee likes her steak like that.........bloody and mooing right off the hoof! Me?......gotta be cooked all the way through!

Why even cook it? ?‍ Might as well just go out in the field, shoot a cow and start gnawing on it right there.?I used to only eat them well done, my wife converted me (it did take some time) but now this is perfect:
