First suggestion, cut up your credit cards and get off the internet đŸ€Ș

You're going to find all kinds of stuff that your truck NEEDS that you didn't realize it needed.

Sharp truck and Welcome!

And honestly, if your truck suspension feels wallowy or bobs you side to side when going over bumps, the best $200 you can spend is on a pair of Bilstein or Eibach shocks for the rear.

They made a terrific improvement on my FX4.

Serious question: What is it that YOU want to do with your truck. We've got a million ways to spend your money, but unless we know what you want, we're just gonna suggest everything AND the kitchen sink - and no, that's not just an expression; I'm pretty sure that there's at least one member (past or present) who has included a sink in their build.

Ok serious now..... Welcome!

Even though you don't have the Fx4 suspension package one upgrade that really improves the ride are new shocks. I went with the Eibach all around and it was a night and day difference on & off road. Another is a tune which helps smooth out the shifting and of course gives you more power. Other popular mods are a center console tray, tinted windows, bug deflector, tonneau cover, bed liner (I'd get a spray in liner) bed mat or bed rug especially if getting a spray in liner it makes kneeling down on it easier. Once you look through the sub forums you'll see many more especially in the Interior & Exterior mod sections.

Hey Sawyer,

It’s easy to get carried away with mods, so I’ll just suggest a tonneau cover and a shock upgrade.

If your tires are near the end of their life, maybe a larger size (white letters out) is to your liking and while you’re doing that, you might as well get some aftermarket wheels and swap out your OEM crash bars for better clearance and since you’re pretty close to Texas, you should probably get some 2” wheel spacers so you fit in when you’re over in Beaumont, and with the heavy rain you get, those window deflectors would be good and definitely some ditch lights and brighter LEDs all the way around, some blacked out side markers, an RTR grille, maybe some fender flares while you’re at it, and a console organizer tray, a hard-wired dashcam, wireless phone charger, an imitation carbon fibre trim appliquĂ© kit and speaking of appliquĂ©s, the Air Design tailgate appliquĂ© would look good on your white truck, oh and tailgater letters too, and fill in that space in the lower grille with a Putco grille insert, and you’ll need an amber LED light kit for the upper grille, and it’s kinda buggy where you are so a smoked out hood deflector for sure, and a battery maintainer because of the heat - I know, it’s not the heat, it’s the humidity - and while the hood is up, if it only has a prop rod, get some hood struts, oh and a high performance cold air intake and aFe scoop, don’t forget to get a Velossa Tech Big Mouth scoop as well, and for sure a catch can and a BOV for that cool psshhhh sound, a Fitzstick transmission dipstick extension, a foam engine cover, and disconnect your BMS lead before closing the hood, and you will need some side steps or running boards, a bunch of rear window stickers for those trips into Texas.

So, yeah, just the essentials for now because you can always do those things I haven’t mentioned later.

While he already has the hood open, it would be a shame to not go ahead and replace the intercooler charge pipes and turbo downpipe.
