They were nylon and seemed to be pretty tightly locked in. Guess I'll find out when the shocks come through the bed.
LOL... wonder if I should just buy new ones?

lol that's one way to find out. I'm sure you are fine the techs probably do it for added insurance. I just heard Ford tech Makuloco (youtube) say it a bunch of times.

Wow, completely opposite of the experience I had when ordering the Eibach 2.0 coilover kit through Stage3. I ordered directly with Frank on Monday, and had the items in hand Thursday afternoon. The items were shipped from Salt Lake City, like you pointed out. I'm in California. My only issue, and small at that, was one of the rear shocks was not in a plastic sleeve inside the box. No harm done though. I hope you enjoy your purchase once all is made right.

Well thats a bummer to read. I've ordered most of my stuff from them and the only time there was a problem was because my ReadyLift intrusion beams shipped directly from ReadyLift and was missing half the beams. I messaged Jason on here and within a few minutes got an email from Stage3 customer service getting me in contact with ReadyLift. Readylift sent out the missing parts shortly after.

I've not done business with Stage 3, but sending pictures for a claim seems to be standard operating procedure across the board. I had to do the same with Huskey Liners a couple months and American Muscle several years ago. Remember, these companies deal with a large number of people, and most of their customers are honest for sure. But, that's not always the case. So, as usual the honest have to pay the price for the dishonest. That's the way of the world. Also, there's one thing to always remember, never ever throw any boxes, bags, or wrappers away until you've gone over the parts list. I myself learned that the hard way many years ago. That was my fault, and it did cost me more money. I'm sure Jason @Stage3Motorsports will help you if possible. He's always been a straight up guy since I became a forum member. Good luck.

Sorry your experience was that way. All my orders with Stage 3 have been great. Received everything in less than a week.

Everytime I’ve dealt with stage 3 it was handled well.
Same. Guys are awesome over there. If they would just get some more 1.5”Factionfab wheel spacers in stock I’d be even happier. Lol

I don't want to come on here to bash Stage 3, I just want to post my honest feedback.

This is my first time getting into suspension type upgrades for truck. I went with Stage 3 because they do have really good prices, and I do like their install videos on YouTube. They are really well made.

So I ordered two eibach struts from them. Both of them came with missing hardware. (no bolts included to mount)

I e-mailed them to explain this to them (takes a day to hear back) and instead of sending me the bolts, they placed the burden of proof on me. I have to send pictures of all my items, boxes, etc. which I don't have because I already threw out the original boxes. I only have the struts which I had to mount by buying bolts from Autozone. If they ship something to a paying customer and they mess up by not CHECKING everything before shipping items out, I shouldn't have to go out of my way to take pictures of everything when it was clearly a problem with them.

Also, at the same time I ordered my struts, I ordered rear shocks for my truck. They created a shipping label and marked it as shipped (6/18), today 6/22 and the items are still not shipped. Their website clearly stated the items were in stock. Don't create a label and marked SHIPPED when it clearly wasn't shipped. I feel like this is a shady practice.

When you call their customer service line, there is no one to help you, they direct you to e-mail them. Really?

Needless to say, I really wanted to like these guys but I don't like these business practices. I won't be returning as a customer. Fortunately I contacted eibach directly and they will be shipping me the bolts even though it was not their fault. This is how customer service is done.
This probably doesn’t help you any but I purchased Eibach struts as well (not from Stage 3) and also had missing mounting hardware. I contacted Eibach and they sent the replacements quickly without question. Definitely good people.

I got my missing bushings overnighted to me. Not sure how they got missed, it was even on the packing list, but still not in the box. No way they would have fit in the box they sent, regardless.

Another thing they may run into often is that people "think" they're missing items when they actually might not be (not saying this is the case with OP). Saves everyone a headache and longer wait if they can confirm with some quick pictures.

as far as customer service they are good, but also one of the slowest of any company ive delt with. placed an order on a sunday, 10m later realized i made a mistake and wanted a different option, sent an email to CS. The coilovers showed up before customer service even replied to me on the thursday of that week. They said "sorry they are shipped" no shit. But they will work with you and fix the problems just slow.
