I just want to know that when you were hit by a drunk driver, then did you contact with a lawyer or not? Once I also faced the same incident and I contact with https://mandslawyers.com.au/services/traffic-law/ , they filed a case against the driver and I got all things that I had lost in this accident.

I read back through the thread and didn't find a clear answer. Was this the other drivers USAA policy that paid out or your personal USAA policy under uninsured motorist?

Just learning of this now - so glad you’re okay and your insurance really came through. Plus one to what Phil said about the testing, research, and survivability of the Ranger. Let us know what you replace it with - or did I miss a post?

I have USAA and they are going to pay but his insurance is going to reimburse USAA for the amount.
