I've found a local listing for this intercooler for half the price. I want it for the sake of having an "upgrade" and tinkering. Im have 97k of trouble free miles on my Ranger and I don't want that to change.

Does this fit without any modifications? Once the grill is off and stock intercooler is out, does it fit right in? Any drawbacks to daily driving?
It is designed as a direct replacement. Just remember that it requires the charge pipes for them as well. Also it will not affect daily driving in a bad way. It will actually help as the compressed air will be cooler.

It does come with silicone charge pipes and from what I've read that's what mountune supplies.

The seller wants $300 for it. Which is not much cheaper then esp but much cheaper then cvf. Cvf does come with hard piping if you so choose to go with that but it's at $800. Esp seemed to have some issues at first but seems OK now.?

Ill probably talk myself out of it here soon. Lol... I dont tow or go off road.

I have no problems with the Silicone Pipes. As long as it holds, you are fine.
