So far I've spent close to $700 in accessories for a truck I don't even own yet! Talk of putting the cart before the horse...
  • FordRangerLifts 3" front lift spacers
  • Floor mats by Weathertech
  • PedalCommander
  • "Ranger" tailgate lettering by Putco
  • Car Cover from CarCovers.com
  • ForScan interface by obdlink.com
  • Door sill protectors, again by Putco
I've also a wireless keyless entry pad and tailgate dampener on hold at the dealer, these will be purchased with my FordPassRewards, and don't forget the bed spray in liner I'll have done within a weeks time of getting the truck ($450).

This truck is my retirement gift to myself, after working 16 years as a mechanic and 28 as a firefighter, time to enjoy!
Drop that keypad and get something else. With Ford Pass, which is free, you can lock and unlock your doors as well as start the engine to get it warming up. Granted you do have to then have your phone available. But I lose keys more than phones. ?‍♀

I’m in the under $500, but suspect within one month I’ll be at least $1500. Planning on getting Stage 1 at a minimum in the very near future. And eyeballing the overland rack real hard... though might just custom build my own.

Tonneau, oem mud guards, running boards, front leveling kit [w/alignment], front edge matte black hood edge wrap, Tire Protection plan at Discount Tire -yes they will sell you the rotate/balance/road hazard coverage on oem tires, Ford extended warranty from Flood Ford online Maine [they were half of what my stealership wanted for less coverage & higher deductible]..I did not include this cost or the tire plan in my 'vote' but it's still out of pocket dollars spent after delivery.
..Oh yeah I just had my arm rest re-padded [double what factory had] in matching leather/stitch.
I did not get crazy but it surely adds up QUICK.

About 10 grand with suspension parts and install, wheels and tires, raptor grill, husky mats, Tonneau , graphics and exhaust mods ..and more that I can’t think of right now...I paid $27,000 for the truck on order and x plan, so I’m about at $37,000 including the truck purchase..
Regards

What type of sound deadening?
Noico 80mil from amazon. Used before with good results, and its cheap. Then put 3m SM400L over top. Used 3m90 adhesive to attach it.
Did all 4 doors, rear cab, and above headliner. I did about 50% panel coverage with the noico, then tried to cover as much as I could with the sm400l.
Took about a week, its a lot of work.
Couple notes:
1) Could have fit the thicker sm600l in the doors, but not anywhere else
2) The 3m90 adhesive gave a very slight chemical smell for a couple days after, it is completely gone now. The other items didnt smell or off gas per se.

Notable or measurable difference ?

My SCab has noise from the rear vents.
