Well, I thought I was done, but this week we ordered the Ford Performance Tune Pack and, for good measure, a black Gibson exhaust tip, putting my aftermarket mods into the 4,000.00 + category. It is a good thing that this thread is set up to allow us to change our votes. This is definitely my last mod. I swear. Really....
I said that three mods ago :frown:

I think this chart has well outlived its top end. Time to add the 7-10k, 10-15k, 15k+ categories so some of us can...cry more about it...maybe never mind don't add those haha.

Zion was wonderful and the best part of going right now is it's basically empty (but super super cold...around 20* at night camping nearby in the wilderness). Bryce is fantastic too and they are each different in different times of year but always special. You'll have a great time. And so much cool trail/wilderness/offroad territory to explore nearby where you can camp and (at least this season) be miles from the nearest human. It's perfect.
Route 15 from Vegas to Zion Bryce all the way up to to and through Colorado the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen in this country. And I've been all throughout Albuquerque and Arizona, lived in San Diego for 18 years Las Vegas for another 18 years. I enjoyed riding my bike through Zion sometimes all the way to beautiful Page Arizona and Lake Powell. or up to Brian Head for some skiing..

After you go down the hill to Kansas scenery gets boring quickly all the way to the East Coast. The Ozarks are nice but mostly trees and two lane Roads that gets boring real fast.

There's nothing quite like riding a motorcycle out of Las Vegas. Beautiful scenery in all directions problem is I won't live in an uber liberal state.

Yeah me too. I've moved on to guns. LOL. The only thing that I would want to get that I don't already have is a leer or are topper but I'm not going to keep the ranger for three years so that would be a waste of money. Depending on how the ranger does I may get another one or I may get a Ridgeline. But that's a long way off. I'm happy with the ranger. Hey it's been a year and I haven't thought about selling it yet that's pretty good for me

Yeah I wish I didn't a lot of times but some of us are stuck here (family, business, best nature both in quality and variety in possibly the world so there are good things). But man once even one of those dominoes falls itll be tough to keep me in ca. They do everything they can to destroy anyone who actually works for a living.

Yeah no kidding I just couldn't live under that kind of situation they have out there. I live in California under Reagan and Pete Wilson left in the early 90s when things start tipping to the Uber liberal side. One of my brothers lives in Arizona still. He lives in Concho. But he used to live in Mesa. I loved Arizona I Rode down there many times hooking up with my brother in Flagstaff. The biggest problem I have with Nevada right now is Lake Mead. It is 131.43 feet below full pool of 1,229.00 That's a huge loss of non-replenished water. I don't see how Arizona , Nevada and California will get their much-needed water when the lake falls below the intakes. And the casinos still have major water shows and Water Events. Evaporation has got to be a factor in the spring and summer.

Under a grand, window tint and deflectors, rubber bed mat, weather tech mats and mud flaps, and the trailer hitch, not really doing much else, bought a new truck so I didn’t have to work on a daily, I have a W900 that takes up enough Time of that

Yea, I've went stupid.

Retractable Tonneau cover
Tint
All weather tech accessories (Hood protector, window vents, floor mats, sun shades)
Wheels
Nerf bars
Level kit
Power point in bed
Swing cases
Grille
Tail gate damper
lettering for tailgate
Side fender vents.
Bed lights
Dash cam

Probably could have bought a second car for all this. ?? But I do love this truck.

Oh God, someone stop me!!!!! Listing it out makes it that much worse. ?? And I have to thank all you people for the ideas..... ??

hello ranger_marc, i sent you a PM about your exhaust tip.... not sure if you saw:

"what size gibson tip did you use? i ordered a 3" inlet with 4" outlet and the 3" was too big, i see they have a 2.75 inlet with a 4" and a 2.75-3" with a 5" outlet, i dont think i want that big of an outlet.. what did you use?"

Hey, Calvin, sorry for the delay in responding. I just went on line again this morning. I ordered mine from Amazon.com with the specifications as below. So far it is just sitting around somewhere in my garage, but as you can see, I also got the three-inch inlet and four-inch outlet. Amazon.com's system said that it would work with the 2019 Ranger, but after seeing your message, I am beginning to wonder. You mean the three-inch inlet did not fit at all?

it fits, on, it just doesn't tighten enough for it to be snug and not move around.

this is the one i ordered: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BHD1JJA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I messaged Gibson and they said you may need to either have it welded on, or have the pipe expanded a bit. i looked up exhaust pipe expander tools and its a thing.. they are like $20 at harbor freight for a crappy one, or 100+ for a good one. im guessing i would pretty much only use it once, so id probably go harbor freight.

i measured the pipe with calipers and its 2.9, the gibson inlet is 3.1, the gap they give you for tightening, just doesnt have enough play in it to tighten enough.

This is definitely more complicated (and expensive) than it needs to be. "Exhaust pipe expander tools"? Who knew? I'll probably have it welded on when the time comes. Better "snug" than sorry! Thanks for this information!

Currently sitting with:

Bedliner
All-terrains
MBRP Exhaust
Fx4 Suspension
Levelling kit

Saving for:

Skid Plate
Winch & hidden winch plate
Radar relocation kit
Air-Locker & compressor
Front grille

That's it. Real subtle build. Total build cost should be around $5k or so after purchase.
