No, its a real place - not too far from me. It was a family dealership for a long time and just sold out to the "Dick's xxxx" group of car dealers - there are quite of few different brands they sell now.
I didn't mean sketchy that way. When I parsed it, it seemed like a name for a place offering some sort of ...unusual... scans by Ford. It is probably a mild form of dyslexia, but it startled me when I read it. I guess it makes logical sense to be consistent with the other group members, but I would have considered breaking the mold before signing off on that particular domain name.

They had one of those upfitter Rangers here. RMT Overland. Dealer sticker was $63,000.

The truck was an XLT with 302A, FX4 and Black appearance package. MSRP was 41,500. The RMT upgrades had an MSRP of 22,200. When I was waiting for a salesmen, they opened up the truck and let me poke round. Paperwork from RMT was still in it. The base price of the truck wasn't listed, but they charged the dealership 15k for the upgrades. 'm guessing dealership paid somewhere between 50 and 55.

Upgrades from RMT were 5 inch lift, 33 inch tires on 18 inch wheels. Hi Hat paint, side steps, fender flares, replaced stock manual cloth seats with power, heated custom leather, tinted windows.
Probably a couple other minor things I'm forgetting.

I've been driving Frontiers for 20 years, and was waiting to see what Nissan did with their refresh. I was not that impressed with the look. Was hoping for mor of a Navarra style. And I had Ranger for a rental when my current Nissan was rear-ended (for the third time in four years-so it was time to get rid of this cursed thing) and I was somewhat impressed. I had a Bronco on order, but cancelled it long ago. But then I decided to go to the dealership to see the Broncos they had in. They have them marked up11,000 over MSRP and thy will NOT negotiate.

So, thinking back to the ranger, decided to check them out. All they had in stock were two XL supercabs. I wanted a Lariat Super Crew Tremor. They had 6 on the way, all with deposits. Only option was to order, and they told me minimum 3 months, but realistically up to six. The markup on Rangers was 7000. We got to talking about the RMT, but I told them no way at that price. I offered 50. They LOL'ed, countered with 60. A little more back and forth, and I was OTD under 60 with 5 year warranty, maintenance plans and ceramic coat.

Probably still more than I should have paid for a Ramger, , but I liked, it had the upgrades I wanted to do, and I do not have the time, tools or space to do the work myself. And although I am mechanically inclined, the only suspension work I've ever done was on the family car.And they gave me 30k on my '17 Frontier

In the end, I got a truck that will take me anywhere I went to go on this island (except maybe Powerline), and gives me a face cramping grin everytime I look at it.

Dealer near me does the same "Black Widow" packages on F-150s. Puts on $5000 worth of appearance stuff, then charges $15,000 as dealer add-on. Not worth it IMHO. Rich suburban mall runners like the "cool" look, but otherwise....
Similar to ... dare I say... Roush package?

When I saw "black widow" and 69 $ , I expected a black truck and red trim at least , then at least 20 grand of cool add ons ( duel tailgate dampers , key fob controlled , or actuators maybe , so it goes back up ) none of that exists here .

I guess ?? The Roush package they at least do some engine mods. This seems to be just appearance in nature. Either way....way over priced IMHO
No engine mods on the Roush Ranger. The “performance” improvements include exhaust, suspension, and tire upgrades. The rest is comfort and cosmetic.

You need to SHOWCASE this vehicle?? Love everything you did. I especially like the slightly bigger tires...what size specifically? Noticed in another thread you didn't cut the crash bars too

Would like to do similar to mine...if it ever comes in. Again, nice ride, and like the fact that YOU added what YOU wanted vs. a dealer charging an arm/leg for crap you don't want/need. Inspiring!! :like:

Tires are 255 70 R18 Cooper Rugged Trek mounted on the Ford BAP 18x8 wheels. I chose the size because I had concerns about going taller and wider would cause clearance issues with the extended travel suspension I'm using. Also keeps the rock throwing inside the wheel wells, no need for fender flares, less strain on suspension components, did not take a big hit on MPG, cause any gearing issues, and keeps me from doing anything really stupid offroad.
