So I've been tire shopping...and not meaning to hi-jack your thread (truck looks awesome. Great tire and wheel combo) but why would I want a 70 tire? I have a Lariat with 265/65/18's.

Any rubbing! I have the RC 2.5 and i about to get tires. I want the biggest without any rubbing . Any suggestions.
I went 2" on the front for a slight rake. I had to go with replacement intrusion beams and modify buy mudflaps to eliminate the rub. I can't say if a 2.5 would give you the clearance you would need. I'd search the forums and see who else might have that combo.

Possibly you would not. To each their own. I wanted a slightly larger tire to fill the wheel well so that's what I went with.
There is a noticeable difference in size -

Are you going to run aftermarket wheels? If so, what is the offset?

Sorry so long, just saw this. I am going to keep the stock 18 inch wheels as i really like the black wheels

Yup that's correct. And no spacers. Just the hub centric rings to help keep them balanced. Tires came inflated to 75lbs, but I aired them down to 60 for a bit more comfortable ride.
mine are at 36, your psi is 60-70???
