From Michigan to Knoxville TN in the first day, 520 miles. A great ride down 75. Fuel economy shows 20 mpg but that includes an hour of idle time at the dealer. We may reset the monitor for mpg and see what the next 500 miles bring.

While I am not used to the "adaptive cruise" and thought something was wrong until I switched to "normal" cruise the truck has preformed very well with an excellent ride and plenty of zip in the 4 cyl. engine.

How many total mile on the truck? I've heard that the computer changes mpgs after 1,000 miles.

I have 741 miles on mine, and I'm averaging overall 22.9mpg I reset it once after I got home on the day I bought it. I drive 108 miles a day from the mid thumb area to Southfield.

There's a break in tune until the first 1000 miles from what I'm hearing. This is similar to the RS which had 500 mile break in tune. I'd suspect that the MPG's will stay about the same unless you keep your foot on the floor a lot as the motor loosens up a little in the first 1000 miles anyways.

2k miles on mine and I reset the trips at the dealer .. showing a 23.8 average so far

Day 2 on the trip added 475 miles, now at 995. Reset fuel mpg when I left Knoxville average mpg is 23.5 using 87 octane. Will reset again on day 3 and use 89 octane to see if there is an improvement in mpg.

Since I am an old fart and new to things like Android Auto and Waze, I have been struggling with getting things to work. That is on me.

Day 3 arrived Bradenton, FL. Now 1270 miles and the 89 octane offered up 21mpg (may have been the fuel). Need's a wash.

Finally connected to Android Auto and Waze.
