Hello all! After a long time of watching, waiting, researching, and stalking the Maverick forum, I purchased a Ranger ; D

I have no concrete plans beyond getting out there and doing things that can't be done with the 2" of ground clearance I've had for the last decade or so. Thanks for posting all the questions and answers and making it easier on me!

Welcome TruckBox, you will be asked to post pictures shortly.

This forum will surely help drain your wallet as you find things you MUST have for your truck.

Welcome, there are some really cool things that are must haves, otherwise its a good truck.

Center console tray
Trim ring around ignition
Scan tool or digital gauges, I like scan gauge
Drop in air filter, saves money over time
Nicer shocks
More potent bulbs, oem ones are lacking
A fitzstick, because we dont have a trans dipstick.

Not much else is really needed. Heck half of my list isn’t either but it adds to the livability of the truck. Dont get a damper.

Welcome!

I was originally going to buy a Maverick but couldn't get the 4K tow package. I ended up with a Ranger and I'm happy that I did.

If you need any mod ideas, my signature list what I did to mine and links for all the products.

The Maverick would have worked well for us, but the Ranger has opened up more possibilities (like bigger dump runs!).

LOL, it's a great bunch here and I hope you get lots of fun from your Ranger.

the day it came in, with my departed but fantastic Cheech =)

Welcome. Buy an extended warranty for your tranny if it was an early 22 build.

It might be easier if you just give us your credit card number so we can order the stuff you need.

I've got the trim ring already with a few of those in the cart.
