Finally got bed lined this morning. Took about 3 hrs total. It's the mid grade with the enhanced uv protection. It was... not cheap. But you pay for what you get. They sprayed up under the side rails and took the lights out, tonneau side rails out and plugged all the threaded holes. I did ask them to leave the front rubber rail for the tonneau which they did. They also removed the tail gate and the panel on the tailgate and sprayed everything separately. Excellent job by Huntsville Line-X.

Looks really good! I skipped the bed liner when I ordered my truck as that option was significantly slowing down production/delivery for all Ford trucks. Did put the rubber mat and tailgate protector in it right after bringing the blue beauty home. Figure once I've dinged the bed up enough I'll get the liner done after market. That said, definitely got to pick up some touch up paint. Even being careful I've put scratches on the sides, and especially the front wall, where the rubber floor mat does nothing. At the end of the day, I use my truck as a truck. But those weekend home improvement projects can most definitely be hell on paint. Even the warden has said more than once (as I'm shaking, nashing my teeth, and borderline tearing up over some ding in the bed of my blue baby) "It's a truck!"

What was the cost? I'm thinking about taking a weekend and doing it from a can and brush it on but if it's not to spendy having a business do it.

I'm so glad I had mine done. It was indeed an aftermarket upsell by the dealer but I thought "what the hell" and got it done. I'm very happy.
However, your post brings up something I didn't think about:
There are different tiers of liner?
How might I go about figuring out which tier I have?
Just curious.
Thanks in advance

There are 3 different levels. I have the mid with uv protection. I really didn't need it since I use a tonneau cover all the time. But I follow the old adage of it better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it!
Not sure on how to check short of going to a line-x dealer. Maybe they know how to check it.

It looks awesome! I am scheduled for my Line-X bedliner in August. Like you, I have a tonneau cover with the rubber weather strip on the front of the bed, and I was apprehensive about removing it. Now I can see that they can work around it without issue and it still looks great. I was also having an issue justifying the price because I rarely use my truck to haul anything plus I have the bedcover. But I might bite the bullet and just have it done anyway. Buy once cry once I suppose…plus, it’ll help with trade in value (albeit not by a lot) when and if I trade my Ranger in for the 6G in a few years.

Going on 5 years with my Rhino liner spray in, bed rug and hard trifold conagra cover. Will never own a truck without it.
