Few tips. If you decide to buy from ebay, make sure the top tabs are still good. The tab near the grille holds the corner of the grille down so the corner of the grille won't be loose.
To remove the grille, dont press down on the tabs! That's how I broke mine even though a few different youtube videos show to press down with a screwdriver. Instead "pull up" on the tab and it will click then push tab out!
