I'm conflicted to consider this aftermarket solution or go one-piece DS...
I could not be happier with my Tom Woods driveshaft. It is by far one of the best things I've done to my truck. I've been following this thread, and I'm happy for those Tremor folks finding as solution. The crisp transmission shifts, the silky smooth ride up through triple digits, and the install and forget it solution transforms the truck. My vibrations were severe above 65mph, scary severe. It all disappeared when I installed the Tom Woods driveshaft.

It really is nice to have. And FWIW, run the specs of the Ford driveshaft and the Tom Woods driveshaft through the Spicer Calculator and you'll see that the Tom Woods driveshaft is far superior to the stock Ford part. It is not even close.

I ran those calculations several years ago when I purchased it. Critical Speed was ~40% greater than the Ford part. And I entered slightly stronger parts for the Ford DS than it has. Tom Woods truly over built the driveshaft. I'd go with a Tom Woods driveshaft every time.

That said, the center bearing for Tremors seems to be their best choice, and these guys appear to be serious about their product solution.

Also , here’s some pictures of my installation. If you contact them they will send you comfort bushings and a spacer kit for free. If they don’t have the full contact 2 piece comfort bushing yet ask for 3 of the original design and cut them to make 360 degree contact. I used a combination of their spacers and an assortment of thin fender washers I had to get mine dialed in.

Ok, so they're sending me the other bushing (their customer service is top shelf). In the meantime I just decided to fool around with it all. I cut out the 6 notches in the bushing, made sure the bearing was smooth, I now have two additional washers on the top poly and another at the bolt head. It's drivable now. Still has the 40-55 mph vibration but it's lessened a lot and disappears at 55. So, I think the softer bushing will have me rolling again. If not, Tom Wood here I come because driving this without all the sloppy crap is like having a new truck and it's worth the cost IMO to keep it clean like that.

I agree, they’ve been absolutely fantastic to work with.

Sounds like the same speed range I had vibration too until I went comfort. It will work out in the end.

Comfort bushing installed and I'd say it's about 90% of perfect. Still have a really light vibration around 60-70 mph may tinker with it a little more but it's pretty dang good now
Glad to hear. It will soften up too after a few hundred miles. The street one did for me actually. I went back to half street be comfort felt too sloppy lol.
