We're off part 3 haha.....The day of Reckoning has arrived and as I thought I slept about 4 hours last night! ? I think it's natural to second guess your decisions especially when they're large ones like this but there's no turning back now! lol We should be in Tucumcari, NM late afternoon as long as I can stay awake. ? Thanks to all here for all the support it means a lot to us!!

There are great places in AZ to move to, and if you're considering it at all, just figure out ahead if time what your priorities are and work your search from that angle.
AZ is not all hot and flat, and there are many beautiful areas to settle in.

Thanks Mark I appreciate that. It was a lot of planning for the new house then a lot of work getting mine in AZ in perfect condition for sale. With our high inventory you have to make yours stand out from all the rest. I guess I did a good job selling it in 3 days for full price. lol

As far as renting here I still don't think it's a bad place but I would chose somewhere out of the valley. Maybe up where Chris was near Prescott or my favorite place Payson! Right Kent @Radioman???

Thanks Chris! Ya know I was feeling a little (just a little) sad while driving. That is until you texted me the weather screen shot of 112 out today. Then it all came back to me why I'm glad we're moving. ? I know the humidity wont be fun but the summers aren't as long and brutal there so it shouldn't be all that bad.
