I have a 2020 and didn't received a recall notice. Just curious, what is the build date or model years affected?

Did you update to Version 23188 yourself?
The recall notice did not specify but I did not get a notice either, so I think it's if The Ford Servers cannot communicate to the truck or the servers read that you have a older version of the Sync Software it will generate a Recall Notice.
Its due to the numerous issues they had with the prior versions and the Recall was a way to help get owners upgraded to the latest version- (Most Stable) and version 23150 was preventing OTA updates as well.
So, I THINK if you have 23188 already it's not included in the recall, but IF you are having Sync issues, I would take it to a dealer or call and ask and have them reload version 23188

Yeah, Probably. I don't know what version I have, but pretty sure it's the 23188, done with CyanLabs updater.

I'm not having issues. Just hadn't seen there was a recall, but it makes sense. The wifi updater never worked well for me, but I didn't have a good wifi signal in my garage so I just did it manually... which I prefer anyway.
