So I did a thing yesterday. I upgraded my wife's 2016 ecoboost mustang to a 2025 mustang gt premium. I gotta say I love it. I made sure it had the active valve select exhaust. I wanted to go with a custom order with the full gt package but it would take long and right now they have better incentives. Couldn't find a stock one.

Anyway, if you're wondering what this has to do with a ranger. I still have my 2021 ranger. In order for me to get a newer one I have to replace my wife's car first. She's been bugging me for an upgrade for awhile

Anyway, after seeing how the sync 4 acts, I'm a little hesitant on upgrading mine. I've already experienced a few glitches on the sync 4. Nothing that huge but makes question the reliability.

Here's a picture of what I bought although I took picture from the website. I didn't want to show a selfie.

Nice, My wife has my 19gt. I traded it to her when I bought my Ranger. It's far from stock, has ford performance tune, 4.09's in the rear. Steeda suspension, katzkin leather interior. And so much more.

I prefer women but hey, you do you.

If I had gone Mustang it would have been Vapor Blue.
Ah the VW Thing, they used to be beloved over here, by postmen and newsagents (because the LHD). Been a long time since I've seen one though.

Women really don’t flock to that ride tho do they? My cousin is a classic VW nut. So is his husband.

It's funny you say that.

We have 2 vehicles with Sync3 and two with Sync4. I do like Sync4 (and it hasn't been an issue), but my wife and I would probably lean toward liking Sync3 more. Not sure I can explain why, though. I'm a tech freak so you would expect me to be all over Sync4. My wife isn't so I would expect her to like Sync3 (and she does).

Maybe I'm not a fan b/c I see where Ford is going with that Sync4 successor (what's it called? Ford Experience?). Whatever it's called I am NOT a fan.

Not adding anything of real value to the thread; just a not-so-random musing.

P.S. That was a good thing that you did, Jeremy Clarkson (yes, I too am a TG/TGT fan and love that line of his). Beautiful Mustang. Love the car; wish we had one, but I literally can no longer get in one (not fat, mind you; just too many back and knee surgeries). So I will have to enjoy Mustangs vicariously! So, thanks for sharing! You, too, @Superspirit.

Cheers!

And all those medical problems is why my wife now has the mustang and I drive the ranger. I still drive the mustang now and then but my hips are never happy when I do.

Nice looking Mustang GT. I used to have a 2015 GT. It was getting harder to get into and out of. But they are a blast to drive.
