A few weeks ago I picked up my pivot box & the week before that I received my tie downs from the same order. When I got the pivot box the service man was not sure on how to charge my points & finally said to take it & he would send me an email with the receipt for the points charged. Never got the email but last week I got an email from Ford saying I earned more points with my purchases. However my account still shows the same 84,000 points as I had. No subtractions or additions. Does it always take this long?
