Yes - it may be the adaptor - but I am not certain that Forscan has the PIDs for the FCIM, Forscan is limited for PID display.
And for the display - I think the AC Demand = Switch (On) - its not the clutch (engaged) there is another PID for that - and it should be labeled (specific) for the clutch.

Plus: There is a (Long List) of PIDs for - AC Clutch Is Inhibited - due to (X) = True/False but I do not know if Forscan will display them

Now:
At 87 deg
High Press Range - 190 - 230 PSI
Low Press Range - 32 - 50 PSI

You fan test - dropped the High Pressure - down closer to normal range
What did the - Low Side pressure do - with added fan?
As an (alternate method) EVAP Temp - hit the (Larger Line) with a digital thermometer at the firewall - this is the suction (Low Side) line (Evap Exit)

Will do this in the morning thank you very much for the continued assistance

Questions:
Is that (Low Pressure) gauge for 134 or 1234?
When the system was charged was it filled to spec on the label?

If you did not reduce the amount of 134 - (adjusted) due to different properties and your high (High Pressure) the system may be overcharged.

The 134 charge - should be about 20 oz's - so about 4 oz's less than the sticker (approximated guess) via google search for conversions to 134 from 1234

Remember we have a Variable Compressor and that may be generating the - Low Side pressure, not the actual charge.

So for me - the issue is (1) of the 2 below

1. System Overcharged
2. The Expansion Valve - is delivering improper flow to the Evap - thus restricting it - due to the 134 conversion - its calibrated to see 1234

Was a little tricky getting ir to read what looked like actual temp sur ti hot air circulation but This morning with fan speed at max coolant temp to normal

With that (Temp) - as a general guide - makes me think the Evap is actually getting cold and the next step - which Forscan does not have - is to view the - Temp Door Actuator (position) is it actually driving to (LO) and staying there.
But if the Evap is actually 33.8 Deg or Lower - then the PCM is commanding the compressor clutch to disengage - this is the protection cutoff temp to prevent evap freeze up.

Will it drive (LO) without selecting (Max Ac) ?
Are there any popping sounds - under the dash?

This truly needs a scanner that can see all the PIDs in the FCIM as well as the PCM for the Climate Control System.

Need to see:
The Door Position PIDs - Mode - Temp and Air Inlet
The Temp Sensor's PIDs - EVAP - Panel Discharge - Floor Discharge and Humidity / Temp as well as the Ambient Temp Sensor

Basically - you have 60 deg air from the Vents - We need to know what the actual temp sensors are reporting - as these are being reported to the FCIM

So yes - we need to shift focus to the control side in the climate box.

Sorry with all this going on I forgot to mention if it makes things worse hopefully not.. but the recycle mode was unplugged due to missing foam on the door and a piece of corner missing due to what looked like a rat chewing it.. so they left system in recycle and unplugged the actuator.. no popping sounds when moving temp knob from full cold to full hot

The recirculation door doesn't control temp. The blend door controls temp.

One thing I have noticed recently is when I remote start with app.. I'll open doors to climate blowing heater level air.. but as soon as I turn key it returns back to cold setting on its own

Check your remote start settings that is what controls that.

It's in the remote start menu in the truck not the app. You can choose what the climate control does on remote start. In the winter I set mine to call for heat. In the summer I set it to last use position.

Unfortunately the fcim is empty

I just tried Forscan on my truck and I am unable to read any FCIM PIDs either, even with the recommended adapter. Apparently, Forscan doesn't support reading PIDs on that module.
