Two questions: do you manually calculated the mpg or use the trucks computer??

Do you have over size tires and wheels?? If so have you reset the rotations per mile in the ECU so the computer calculates correctly?

Upon returning to the stock tune I've notice...
1. It's quieter
2. It's slower,,, but still faster than a stock 2.3L without all the goodies.
3. I went from 11.6 mpg to and amazing 12.8 mpg. so far...
4. I need to talk to my tuner because the stock trans shifts smoother than my tuned shifting. (?)

I don't know who you're tuner is, but it sounds like you like slamming the throttle as much as you can. That might have something to do with the results.....

MPG discussions are always funny. I have a 23 Tremor and it's rated 19/19/19. Best tank ever is 20.7 and that was with 45 minute commutes to a job site for a week, with the CC set to 62 in a 55. I see people on here with the exact same truck saying they get 23-25....
Not saying I don't believe you, but I don't believe you.

I think there's something wrong with your truck. I get the same mileage tuned or not and would drive mine with no tune, if the trans tuning didn't suck sweaty balls. I pulled a motorcycle trailer last week, with a bike on it and a big ass sail of a ramp on the back of the trailer and got 15.8mpg with the cruise set on 80 the whole time. All my MPG are hand calculated, not mystical computer generated fairy tales.

UPDATE:
3 days on the factory tune and...
...my MPG's are the same with or without the Tune.
...all the bolt on go-fast bits do elevate the performance a lot vs. stock.
...my stock transmission strategy is smoother than my tuned transmission performance.
...I need to have a talk with my tuner.

Does anyone know how to contact Revolution Automotive if they don't have Facebook ?
Calling them and leaving a message doesn't work.

Try taking an hour drive on the highway with the cruise control set to 65 and see what the truck reports as average mileage. Is your oil dipstick above the full indicator and smell heavily of gas?
