Ford Power Pack Install - Forscan related question

I am ordering the Power Pack this week, and having the dealer do the install (warranty). Do I need to restore the changes made through Forscan before I have the dealer complete the install?

If there is a thread that covers this, I would appreciate direction to it. I looked, but didn't come up with anything when searching.

After researching (looking other places too) it seems that I only need to worry about PCM changes.
