Fumoto Issues

[Mostly Harmless]

So I ordered the Fumoto F137N valve and the ADP-137 spacer for my Ranger and when I tried to install it his weekend it didn't fit. The valve hits the oil pan. What did I order wrong?

I have in my notes I ordered the F107sx with the ADP-137. Worked great.

I have a fix for your issue and it wont cost you much. Keep the factory drain plug and you will be just fine!!?

I’ve used Fumoto on my 2004 F150 Lariat for 15 years without issues and I also have 2 on my Mustang but not for this Ranger.. I too purchased the wrong set, didn't fit and just gave up on Fumoto. My mustang has the two piece design, I remember the first time I did an oil change after install and the outer piece was loose so snug them tight if your using them. That was enough for me and the two piece design. I now have what a lot of members are useing, a much better design, a perfect fit and its made right here in the USA.
