I just bought a 2020 Ford Ranger XLT and my Front Collision Warning detected a system fault. I am supposed to check the sensor to make sure its clean. I have looked everywhere and can't find it. It says lower grill behind facade???

Depending on options you can look for a light colored panel a few inches square behind the grill (if you have the adaptive cruise option). Otherwise check the windshield behind the mirror, there should be a trapezoidal area visible from the outside which houses a camera.

It's likely that a persistent warning means a trip to the dealer. They sometimes flake out momentarily, but that usually goes away quickly if you're not in the snow.

FYI, The panel is centered right under the front license plate (If you have a front plate). I was trying to find a photo of one on my truck, but it is always in the shadows. This was the best I could do. The other one is in the mirror assembly - probably just need to make sure your windshield is clean around it. My guess is that it is the sensor in the bumper.

Alberta in November means snow and ice

get used to cleaning the front radar, your camera above the rear view mirror and your parking sensors.
they will all give you problems in the cold months from frost, snow and ice.
nature of the beast unfortunately

get a can of de-icer and spray them as required, or as a preventative before driving.
I had never put that together, but I never had a fault warning until I drove up into the snow this year - and then I had two instances of these which then magically disappeared after I got back down out of the snow.

I know the parking sensors are sensitive to dirt. Both my truck and my wife's car will go off if they get dirty in the winter (not snow, but just road grime).
