FordPass Service Milage Wrong

As title say…I logged in to FordPass to double check when I need my next oil change and the mileage on all my past service records are changed and incorrect. I logged out and back in…no change.
The records are still there but the mileage on all of them is incorrect.

Something’s definitely messed up - my Service History has a bunch of dates and services that are completely wrong. At least four visits have been added with Services Performed as either “Unknown” or “Electrical”.

I hope they figure it out soon.

Sounds like the oil change monitor did not get reset properly after last change.

Just chatted with a Ford Pass Rep. They are escalating the issue to an engineer and will get back to me tomorrow. Who knows….I knew I should have stuck with pen and paper!!

Mine is jacked up as well. Fortunately, I use another app on my phone to keep track of service.

mine is off too by about 7,000 miles but I DO keep a written record because technology doesn't always work... I just need to find where I put it...

When it comes to this stuff I'm still old school. Everything I buy and do for my Ranger goes in one folder so I can easily keep record of it. Plus it's a business write off and I have easy access to it if the app fails.

There was an iOS update on Ford Pass yesterday and all the service history/reports have been corrected.

I think there’s an aspect of dealer error here. My last oil change is missing. They also decided to put in their system that I need an alignment, despite not checking, nor talking to me about it. I got an email about “declined services” and have been getting mailers. Irritating to have they in my Ford records. Given I can see from dash cam they did not put it on a machine, and have measured tread depth and it’s uniform….

Records are still not right for me. The mileage seems to be OK, but there are records for service that I didn't have. And dollar values are frequently not right. I keep all my service records, so that's not an issue, but "it just ain't right"!
