I was going to say that it would definitely make you think twice about buying another brand....
Yes having the wrong branding in the wrong place or time can get ugly. We have a long distance road circuit race here in Australia run every year called the Bathurst 1000. It's called that because it's run around a city west of Sydney called Bathurst, and its 1000 Km long. It really does stress out car and driver as it's a road circuit, not a proper race track. Every year Ford and Holden (Australian GM) supporters would set up shop beside the track in their own camps. Camps were very patriotic.
One year many years ago I went with some uni mates in his Falcon GT and reached Mt Panorama late at night. We navigated to what we thought was another mates Ford camp who had left 2 days before to secure a good spot.
Someone must have muffed the directions (no mobile phones or GPS in the 1970's) because we woke up in the morning in a Holden camp. That's the first time I knew real fear, and realised what a precious thing life really is. Fortunately we were allowed to leave with our lives and his car intact.

That race is on my bucket list of things to do. Seems like a damn good time.

Ohh, and to keep on topic, no tats for me. See enough of them at work though. Mostly crap ones.

I tend to debadge cars that I own. Most definitely not going to tattoo a brand on me.

That irrelevant stuff said; nice work. Going off the title I was expecting full cringe level wtf is that sort of work.. but I was very wrong to judge by said title. Clean/nice looking. Not like FERD LIFE on knuckles or Ecoboost on an arse check level sort of weird.

I'm a fan of silly tattoos but there's no way I'd get a ford tattoo.

Yeah not quite as much fun as it used to be, you're not allowed to camp right next to the track any more - the safety police killed that off, and to be fair over the years the odd wheel, spoiler, or some other bit did fly off the track but hey in all that time only two spectators killed. There are strict limits on numbers and alcohol now. In the old days it was like the wild, wild, west in there. But still a great experience.

Lol, I remember years ago the guys on the old school Top Gear talking about it, how they were limiting the booze and people were going up there weeks ahead of the event and burying beer and the like to dig up when they got there.

Hardcore, I love it!
