In the past I have acquired the Red jacket DVDs as they were more of a complete manual.
But looking around I now have found 2 other options.
I know the Red jacket is great but at $300.00 its a little pricey.
Not sure about the other two in service details.

It must be nice to have those but I was surprised by the format.

Mrs. DukeCanBuildit was going through some old files and found a CD/DVD labeled “cottage photos“. She wanted to go through them to see if any were worth printing and putting in the photo album in our guest space.

I had to dig out an old, clunky Dell laptop to view them. No DVD drives in either of our current notebooks. :D

None of the computers I build/bought since 2020 have an optical drive. I have the system I build in 2012 still and it has a BD burner in it. But, I did buy a USB-C BD drive for the computers without an optical drive and it works on the MacBook Air too.

I would not consider BD an old format, not been replaced really. Streaming is not the same, you don't own streaming.

Those are very inexpensive now - about $20 or less. I remember when an SD Card or USB stick cost almost as much. :D
