Ford Pass Start/Stop Unlock/lock Gone

Has anyone else noticed that the auto start and the lock unlock feature is gone from the Ford Pass app?
For me it is anyway.

6 weeks, yeah it usually starts bugging you after about 4 weeks if it hasn't been started. Part of the Battery Management System.

Well that’s about right. After it not being there all day yesterday and this morning, I just opened the app and it was there.
While I was gone, I did get a notice that the remote app communication was being turned off (whatever it’s called to communicate with the truck from the app) due to low battery levels. That was at about 15 days of sitting. Odd thing is I’ve been driving the truck for the past 5-6 days and it just now showed back up as options on the app. Truck started fine when I did start it via key.

I used mine last night and a message popped up saying it was temporarily going off line. I dont remember the exact wording of the text but that was the gist of it,

its glitchy, i often have to log out/in again to get it to work properly. at least its free, my buddy bought a new JGC and there is a monthly fee after 6 mos free...

thx. I served in the 3906th special security squadron '88-91 active at Offutt AFB outside of Omaha, NE.
where is he stationed? [if unclassified stateside] or 'region' overseas... i never ask specific location if overseas b/c of the operational security breech potential.

When I got the message on the app that remote start was disabled I checked my battery and it was at 12.3 volts. The app deciding I couldn't do a remote start was one of the reasons I installed a kit that lets me remote start with the fob as well, with winter coming I didn't feel like needing it when it was 5 degrees out and it not working.
