Ford pass app red at top ?

For about the last 5 days or so my ford pass has went crazy , w ont start ,blank news and no Tire pressure info... I have deleted and reinstalled app several times , it seems to update things butt still no start , yesterday did the master reset and reactivate but still no start ... I don't remember if the ford app was always red at the top or not... Bad modem maybe ? Hate to take it dealer for just that...

I checked and mine is red too. Says something about my vehicle is disabled until recalls have been completed?

My opens and I hit start and it spins until the app just closes.... Might be my crappy phone , ill try another ... Worked fine when I got , seemed like it started messing up after they loaded my "Ford points" on there ...

I thought thats the way mine was ... Ill live with it till it needs an oil change and see what the dealer thinks...

It’s been acting up lately. Had a notification of activity and nothing in the inbox. Another day it was a no start for scheduled time. Now it’s fine. The list message appeared I deleted it and that’s gone. I got 2 recall notices I’m ignoring. The headrest I fixed already and my seatbelt guides check fine too. Just need a better reason to go to dealer so they can wave their magic wand. Otherwise app seem stable without the red bar

I checked mine and it looks and operates normal. No red on mine at all. A long shot but when did you last restart your phone?

several times ... Im gona try a reset on the phone and then try a differant phone...

Since you said yours turned red right after a update I went to the app to see what version of the app I currently am running. Mine is ver 4.12.0. On a iPhone 12. That info can be found under Account, Settings, then the app version will be listed at the bottom of the page. I’m very curious if it’s the same or different.

Well we got the foot of snow and my truck is out there freezing so I thought I would test the app one more time and now it works ! App still red at top but says truck started... I better go put eyes on it though... Been several days since it worked , not sure what changed...

You probably did this, but did you actually Delete App or Remove from Home Screen? Remove from Home Screen just clears the icon off and leaves the rest of the app in the phone. Delete App completely uninstalls the app and all of its data. You can then go to the App Store and reinstall it. You may or may not need to reset your password and presets.

edit: I didn't see your most recent post until after I posted this. Not sure what the red band is at the top, I never had it. I did however have a problem a couple of weeks ago where I pushed Start, and the whirlygig kept rotating on & on, and I never got confirmation of the start, but it actually started. ?‍
