Honestly, what's the last mass-produced vehicle that you know of that didn't have photos or drawings "leaked" before the release? This stuff happens for a reason and they're playing into it by talking about it. We're not talking about NDA stuff that is outside of the auto industry. This is just normal.

These pics were meant to be leaked otherwise why cover up part of the truck?
Not liking the look of it anyway.

How does a leaked photo of the exterior give away anything to their competitors when they also drive them around like the picture above..

Mentioned this to my favorite Ford engineer and they responded that they have "lost count of how many emails and trainings they've (Ford) sent out about how much leaks hurt the company".

So yeah, this leak wasn't planned in any way.

Ford Engineering is not to leak anything...all leaking is by Ford Marketing.... Ford Marketing always blames Ford Engineering to hide their leaks.... Just part of the game of future models....
