Just because they are All Like That, doesn't make it right. My 2020 XLT has same issue. Just came here to research it. And I found my answer. As soon as the rain stops, I'm gonna go out and do a manual bleed.Yes, Per the Dealers (PLURAL) this is Normal. BS - Do it yourself.
Use Forscan or any scan tools, Perform the ABS Module Bleed, Follow that with a normal brake bleed at the calipers. Starting with RR-LR-RF-LF.
I can almost guarantee you will get air out of the system, mostly the RR
I did mine within first month of ownership, pedal has been firm since, and just had my first year with the truck.
You will notice a night and day difference.
A brake pedal should not drop down with light foot pressure at a stoplight, and not drop lower than the gas pedal as so you are hitting both. This issue gets my blood boiling, and dealers say they are all like that - Normal.
