I'm not sure . This is what service writer told me .. this is my first pick up , had it less then 3 days and took it back cause it just wasn't right , it drove perfect no complaint other then the 4wd just wouldn't engage . When I rolled it to 4h it would stay solid 2H & blink 4H .. listened for a click or sound of an actuator or relay .. nothing .

Ok- I think its P1829 and that explains why the truck wont shift out of 2 HI - its the CCW Relay or the coil wiring.
Understand it takes 3 relays to shift (all work in unison) Main Relay (Power) to both CW and CCW Relays - when either relay CW / CCW is active the opposite relay supplies the ground path.
The Switch itself sends Can Data for the actual signal for the PCM to apply the grounds for the relay coils.
So this covers 2 codes B1402-67 (Switch) and P1829 (CCW Relay Coil) and the other codes this might be history code P06E4 - (Wake Circuit) and P0C29 (Trans Fluid Pump) might be history or tied into your shift issue you mentioned.
Would have to clear and see if they return and dive deeper into those.

Note: The 4WD Relays - 2 are replaceable CW & CCW , but the main 4WD Relay is integrated on the BJB (Engine Bay Fuse Box)
It may be possible that the relay coil circuit is shorted and affecting the other 2 circuits, would have to dig deeper into the wire pinouts at the connectors for proximity in the harness run.

I think the switch code is due to the CCW Relay, if it were me I would not replace it yet until the relay issue is properly T-Shot and determine if the switch is stuck (in a ccw) signal or is the relay not energizing and the switch code is not seeing the response (request complete)
I also have a hunch that the truck may not have been shifted out of 2WD that often, the transfer case motor may have seized up and took out the relay.

My first guess is the T-Case Motor and Second the CCW Relay - check those for power and ground

Do 6ou think this has anything to do with TSB21-2412 (service bulletin) as far as the MCC switch ?

No not with the codes you posted - it still could be the switch but I have a feeling it’s not the switch - so a more in depth T-Shoot is needed than blindly throwing parts at it.

Your truck is equipped with the STX Special Edition Package, which included Fog Lamps, Dual HVAC, XLT cloth seats and the 8 in screen, and those 18in Machined Edge wheels when the FX4 package was ordered. It was a 2021-only configuration and not very common, most often OTD's (customer Order To Delivery). I have the same configuration.

The 4X4 Hi engagement is silent, there are no clicks or whirrs if working properly. It will self-disengage above 55mph, but reengage after slowing back down. 4L does have a slight whine.

I have 100,839 on mine and love the truck. It goes in tomorrow for it's 100k service.

One thing I do most often is in an urban area with lots of stop & go traffic, or in hilly terrain, I engage the Tow/Haul mode. This keeps the Auto Stop/Start (we like to call it ASS) from engaging and also shifts up & down without skipping gears and lugging the engine. Tow/haul can be shifted in or out on the fly.

You may have already discovered that by pushing the +/- button on the shifter, the gear indicator will display on the left side of the instrument cluster.

Thank you for all this info . It means alot , I plan to keep the truck but I just want to be sure these fault codes are able to get cleaned up .

FYI, this is not true. You can engage 4H up to 68 MPH and it will stay there until you disengage it.

I have engaged it at least as high as 65 MPH.
