Email tune options

Anyone had any experiences with email tunes? I know a few big ones I've heard are Unleashed, 5 Star, Livernois, and a couple others. From what I've heard 5 star has bad response time, pretty aggressive and jerky shifting but best hp gains, and not too much about the other two. Could anyone inform me on what you know/ heard?

I'm happy with livernois. About to try their e30 tune.

My Ranger is my second vehicle tuned by LMS and no issues with either. Been running the LMS 93 tune continuously for 2+ years now.

What are the hp gains you saw and do you think it'd be similair to 91? Also hows the shifting feel?

I never put the truck on a dyno, but the hp gains were significant. The truck will burn them through first gear from a stop and chirp the tires pretty good hitting second gear if I jump on it with traction control off. The tune firmed up the shifts a lot, which I like, and the truck doesn’t skip gears now. I can’t really compare to other tunes because I just loaded the 93 tune and left it that way.

For my 2013 SHO, it ran a 13.499 stock and it was in the mid 12s with just a tune. If I had to guess, I’d say the Ranger would run a mid 13 with the tune I am running.

What do you like about unleashed over others

Incredibly smooth! Shifting is perfect. Power is responsive. Perfect (safe)every day power.
I’ve tried 5-Star, Gearheads, Southern Speed and one other I can’t remember and Unleashed is the best in my opinion. Torrie at Unleashed has many years of experience tuning Ecoboost engines.
