That looks pretty cool and comes in at a good price, even when you consider the cost of a battery. But I think it leaves me wanting as far as having a power invertor and a method to charge it on the road.
My question was more of; what size Jackery or Goal Zero box would I need to power a fridge, phone charger, fan, and lights. I'm thinking I'd like AC and DC capability. Just in case.

Ah my bad. Looks like that fridge has a draw of about 4amps. You can count on it only running about 50% of the time. So running the fridge alone would mean you'd get around 18 hours on a Yeti 400 without recharging it. That should give you a baseline. Take the AH rating of any unit you look at, divide it by 2 and that should be a rough estimate for how long it would run the fridge you're looking at. Another example, Jackery 500 is 43Ah (@12v) , so it would run the fridge for roughly 21.5 hours. Obviously not counting phones or anything else.

Edit: the Jackery is a 21v array, buy that over the Goal Zero for sure.

I considered dual batteries but ended up DIYing a 190ah lithium portable battery with built in inverter. It’ll run my fridge, camp lights, etc for days. There are two powerpole connections on the side as well if I need a higher amerage 12v connection.

How long does it take to charge that monster? 190ah would last me a month at camp maybe even longer.

WOW!!! Pretty cool. A lot beyond what I'd feel comfortable with. And I was actually thinking about a used Goal Zero Yeti 400! Replacement battery from Goal Zero is only $100.

How was the yeti not cutting it. I'll be wanting to power a camp fridge/freezer, fan, lime lights, and charge my phone overnight. Would charge from AC or DC while driving during the days.
I don't know much about this but from what I've read (see https://thesolaraddict.com/goal-zero-yeti-regulated-12v-fridge-freezer/), with the older (non 'x') Goal Zero models it's recommended to get their 12V regulated cable and some other power adapter for fridge use. The newer models regulate the output.

About 13 hours with my 15a charger. It is a monster but I have plenty of time between trips.

I don't have anything yet. I was going just going to try to find something to hang up in the tent. I imagine I could go either way with it.
For your fan and phone charging, you can just use a portable battery pack.

I have THIS battery pack and it runs my USB powered fan all night and charges 2 iphones. In the morning it still has well over 50% left and you can charge it from the truck.

HERE is one with an even higher mAh rating for $22

HERE is my USB fan. I hang it in my RTT and it works great.

Right now both of those are priced high.

I got them last year at $11 for the fan and $18 for the battery pack on Black Friday lightning deals.

Thats a lot faster than I was thinking. Do you have to use a balance charger or you have the balancer built in? Those lifepo and lipo chargers can cost a pretty penny.

The BMS balances the cells but I did buy a charger that uses the proper charge profile for lifepo4.
I’ll still separate the cells and top balance manually once a year.

I did a non-permanent dual bettery setup on my Raptor.
( not planning on doing it for the Ranger...yet)

I used a Trolling motor battery case, a size 34 AGM battery,
a battery charger/ isolator and a cicrcuit breaker to and from source battery(hood) and 2nd battery(bed). Run the 7awg from the charger/Isolator kit, under chassis frame, then into the bed.

(Its important to add circuit breakers to and from, for safety reasons, in case the wire gets damaged you dont want it to turn into an arc welder, remember you now have 2 batteries, not one)

No issues, for the year that I had the truck...running inverter, power saw, tools, Arb twin comp, etc...

Its not the prettiest setup, but it worked. :p
And its Not permanent, so I was able to remove the whole thing before trading my Raptor.?

That’s clean man, I really like your setup. A lot of utility to say the least.

Thanks!
That was on my previous truck.(traded)

I forgot to mention, It also had 2 Duravolt Solar panels, thats why there’s a solar controller next to the ARB twin.
