No, I think they actually flip over and reverse. They only contoured that way. Took a little Tetris when first testing.

True!! In all fairness it gives a quick guide for preparation of the car mirrors but it does say in bold red letters on the package to see the full website instructions prior to install with a link, which has good detail and a reference picture.

I went to put these cool mirrors on and I f’ing dropped one, crack it, brand new just out of the package ?

I thought maybe by chance they would sell me just one side so I emailed them, low and behold less than 30minutes later they replied and are going to send me one FREE OF CHARGE!

I just noticed they have a brand new product I am really interested in. I started another thread looking into racks and crossbar options. The most recommended was the billebars, which actually look really cool. But they are not the right option for me, because as a handyman I carry long ladders, lumber, etc.

The best options for me are going to be the taller mounted bed bars or roof mounted bars. I have seen some nice fitting ones that are not too pricey on Amazon, but people say they really howl vs Thule or other name brand bars with the rubber grooves.

The NXTGEN company has this new product that wasn't there when I got the mirrors that would be a perfect compliment. The Thule aero bars I saw were $649 on sale at e-trailer, and so are the OEM YAKIMA ones. So if these NXTGEN Aerogrips work, that would be a savings of about $250 between the OEM or Thule bars! I don't even think the OEM bars have the wind diffuser grooves.

Another happy customer. Took a second to notice that one edge was curved to match the mirror, but other than me being a bit slow - super easy install and improved the field of vision. You can just see the house in the main mirror but you can see their entire yard in the blind spot mirror.

Got these in the mail over the weekend. Nice looking mirrors and shipped fast.

Finally got mine on today. It was in the 60's here in Va, so I preheated a little with the hairdryer. Then did the post heat with it as well. Instructions call for at least 70% isopropyl alcohol. All the wife had was 50% cheap shit from the dollar store. It left streaks so definitely use the better alcohol. Haven't driven it yet but they haven't fallen off yet!
Funny thing, I had opened the package to review instructions and get the install website address. I was down in the basement and asked the wife to hand them to me and she paid no attention if they were open or not, so one slipped out and bounced off the steps. I freaked out until I examined it and found no damage.

Also VHB is awesome stuff. You can buy cases of precut rectangles of it on Amazon (of course), it's super handy to have around.

Mine were shipped quickly, but unfortunately USPS has dropped the ball. They were supposed to be here Friday, now they are MIA. Hopefully I'll get them soon, and certainly no fault of the company.
