Console replacement

I would like to replace a few parts of my console (2019 Supercab, 2wd). The previous owner evidently used an overly-aggressive cleaning agent and it stripped off the finish. I am tired of it looking this way and I would like to make it look new again. Does anyone have a good source for this part (the console and the bezel around the shifter)? Plus, it looks like they used the wrong tool to pry the pieces apart and the plastic is dented at the joint. I'm going to do some research and report back here with what I find, but I figure somebody has done this on the forum and might be able to shorten the task. Advice appreciated. Thanks.

You can get a ton of used stuff pretty easy, can be expensive, but not as bad as the Ford dealer.

Looks like they cleaned it with an SOS pad!

There's several rangers being parted out on ebay. You might not find what you're looking for listed but you could ask if the parts are on the truck an in good condition.
