Well, Its over! The welded spring held up for close to 700 miles and I got my Tremor springs in hand and installed!

The weld looked just as good as it did the day I put the spring back on the truck!

Installing the tremor springs were easy, I didn't realize the driver's side has a small shim between the spring and the Axel ( was there when I took the stock spring off). The Drivers side spring does benefit from removing the shield from the gas tank for some better access to the nut on the forward attachment point.

I then went and raised the front 1.5" on the Eibach coil overs

I have up there and did the alignment with tools I designed. ( Toe after I did Camber. the 1.5" lift seems to have moved the camber to +.2Deg, I moved it back to what it should be to spec.

But thats that - the suspension drama for this truck is hopefully over. I do still want to get the Tremor bumpstops put in, but thats down the road.

I also installed the Fitzstick /MBS Transmission dip stick while the truck was airborne.
Tremor springs provide lift?

Mine haven’t settled yet but about 1” higher just due to the stack height I believe.
Thanks. I really want some multileaf packs but want to avoid added height. Might just have to deal with it.

Might need to adjust the headlight aim down a bit now.

Just did my first test drive! Its plush! No more weird harshness from the rear going over bumps or washboard roads. The Eibach Stage 2R shocks in the back help as well, but the springs were a big change, more than I expected!

Yup! I marked a line on the wall for the cut off before I made any changes and where I had the truck parked. So I can pull to the same spot and adjust. the rake is still there, marginally reduced from stock with the taller rear shocks on.

That will work, as long as they were aligned right to begin with. I actually measured mine with a tape measure. I think there's a procedure in the owner's manual or somewhere.
