Brake Pedal Groan

At low speeds, my brake pedal makes an audible grown when I press it. There’s also a slight vibration in the pedal. However, the brakes themselves seem to work fine and there’s no pulsing that you would typically expect with brake pad issues or warped rotors. Having a very difficult time figuring out what this might be so hoping you guys have some ideas.

Have you taken the wheels off and get a closer look? Could you've have ground your pads to metal?...

Scan for codes in the ABS, as this appears to be the ABS kicking in falsely triggering.
I am thinking wheel speed sensor faulting

Inspect the brakes themselves. Take the wheel off, have a look at the pads and rotors. Take it a step farther, remove the two caliper bolts and remove the caliper and you'll have an excellent view of the pads, inner and outer and and unobstructed view of the entire rotor.

Measure the rotor thickness against minimum, I don't know what it is but someone here will.

You can buy a set of colored brake pads gauges on Amazon for like 4 bucks to check your pads. Look around for any signs of oily or fluid looky substance while you're there, make sure there's nothing leaking.

Check your fluid reservoir in the engine bay and make sure it's at the proper level.

Only if all that is okay would I suspect something with the actual pedal itself.

Thickness is normally cast into the edge of the rotor. And does the pedal itself groan or you hear a groan when you press it?

rotors seems smooth without a noticeable lip. I have plenty of brake pad left - i had it at the dealer a month or two ago and more than 6mm left on all four. The sound only seems audible inside the cab - and even then right at the pedal itself (or at the rubber boot that the pedal pushes into). I’m thinking maybe something with the master cylinder but not sure.

You might try lubricating the brake pedal linkage under the dash with silicone spray lube.

Does it make the noise with the engine off?

can you press it with your hand and stick your head down there to listen? Might be able to pinpoint it better.

There are so many things that can make noise in brake systems, it is hard to speculate over the internet.
