that makes sense. Nothing with the kit itself, just the nature of the install.
Right. I should have clarified that. My mistake. Everything that came in the kit looked great with quality hardware.

What hole? The front factory one? I'm waiting for the mishimoto plug? Is there another hole?
there was a small drain hole in the bottom, forget which corner, not the air intake. Maybe an 1/8 inch in diameter

Put the order through finally after alot of back and forth, hopefully they aren't on backorder already @Mishimoto
So we are on backorder at the moment, BUT that is only so we can get the airbox plugs added to our current orders. We're expecting these plugs to be received within the next few days so we can start shipping both snorkel kits and our airbox plugs

Hey Guys!

I just wanted to bump this up and let you know that we have our airbox plugs in stock, and any new orders will include this plug in the box!

For those of you in need of a plug still, shoot me a PM with your order info (name, order number, and email) and we'll get these plugs out to you ASAP.

Thanks again for your patience and understanding!

Hey Guys!

I just wanted to follow up here to make sure that everyone that ordered our kit on presale received their airbox plug. If you haven't received one yet, don't hesitate to reach out and we'll get that sorted out for you!

Also, as a reminder, all new snorkel kits will have the stock airbox plug included! For those using our performance intake, we have a plug in the works for that as well

When you plug the intake and get the pre-filter there is so much turbo intake noise. I love it!
We'd love to hear it if you get any sound clips :D

got the plug and installed immediately. Thanks for sending it out quickly. love the way it looks and sounds, even without the prefilter you can hear the turbo winding up.

I doubt the recording would differentiate the turbo noise from other noises well but will see if I can get something.

@Mishimoto just curious.. if one wanted to purchase just the plumping, but not the snorkel, any chance of that happening? I've been toying with testing the idea of converting the factory fender vent into an actual intake point.

This would save me a lot of time on redneck engineering a bunch of pipe myself.
